Maine's Environmental Leader Program for Gas Stations
Maine's Environmental Leader is a voluntary certification for gas stations. In order to qualify, the gas station must review all aspects of their operation to ensure that they meet or exceed all environmental requirements. The company's findings are then verified by the Maine Department of Environmenal Protection (DEP). Gas stations that are found to be in 100% compliance with all environmental requirements are eligible to display the Environmental Leader logo. |
