Minnesota Enforcement Actions Include $6,825 Penalty for Hazardous Waste Violations at Auto Repair Facility

November 29, 2010 - The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) concluded 64 enforcement cases totaling $710,274 in penalties during the third quarter of 2010.  The cases occurred at facilities in 43 counties throughout Minnesota. Cases included: $6,825 – Pro Auto Sales & Service Inc., Ortonville, for hazardous waste violations.
